Mr. Jeff Baird 

I am Jeff Baird, Dean of Student Services here at Round Lake High School. Now in my 13th year here, I previously taught Social Studies and AP Psychology. I've coached numerous sports at our school and currently coach the girls' flag football team.

Mr. Jay Iden

I am a Dean of Student Services for Round Lake High School. This is my 11^th year at Round Lake High School. I have also taught Social Studies and the Business Incubator.

I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education from Illinois State University and my Master’s in Educational Technology and Digital Learning from the American College of Education.

Mr. Benjamin Williams

I am a Dean of Student Services, Assistant Varsity Football Coach, Student Mentor, and the Black Student Union Sponsor for Round Lake High School. I am a graduate of Wheaton Warrenville South High School, College of Dupage (A.A. Business Law), Illinois State University (B.A. Criminal Justice), and National Louis University (M.A. in Teaching).

I have spent the past four years as a classroom teacher in both the Social Studies and Multilingual Education Departments where I gained insight, appreciation, and respect for RLHS students and the surrounding Round Lake community. I am excited for the opportunity to serve as Dean of Students for the foreseeable future with the goal to “inspire and empower students to construct a thriving future."

Ms. Kera Sanchez

I am an Illinois State graduate, and have taught at Round Lake High School since 2014, and served as a Spanish Teacher until 2023 - 24.

Currently, I serve as Dean of Student Attendance, insuring all students are optimizing on their educational opportunities here at school.
