I am Jeff Baird, Dean of Student Services here at Round Lake High School. Now in my 14th year here, I previously taught Social Studies and AP Psychology. I've coached numerous sports at our school and currently coach the girls' flag football team.

I am a Dean of Student Services for Round Lake High School. This is my 12^th year at Round Lake High School. I have also taught Social Studies and the Business Incubator.

I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education from Illinois State University and my Master’s in Educational Technology and Digital Learning from the American College of Education.

Mr. Benjamin Williams

I am a Dean of Student Services, Assistant Varsity Football Coach, Student Mentor, and the Black Student Union Sponsor for Round Lake High School. I am a graduate of Wheaton Warrenville South High School, College of Dupage (A.A. Business Law), Illinois State University (B.A. Criminal Justice), and National Louis University (M.A. in Teaching).

I have spent the past four years as a classroom teacher in both the Social Studies and Multilingual Education Departments where I gained insight, appreciation, and respect for RLHS students and the surrounding Round Lake community. I am excited for the opportunity to serve as Dean of Students for the foreseeable future with the goal to “inspire and empower students to construct a thriving future."

Soy Decano de Servicios Estudiantiles, Asistente del Entrenador de Fútbol Americano Varsity, Mentor de Estudiantes y el Patrocinador de la Unión de Estudiantes Afroamericanos para la Escuela Preparatoria Round Lake. He pasado los últimos cuatro años como maestro de Estudios Sociales y del Departamento de Educación Multilingüe donde adquirí una mayor comprensión, aprecio y respeto por los estudiantes de RLHS y la comunidad del área de Round Lake. Dr. Citlali Flores

I am excited to serve as the Dean of Attendance at Round Lake High School 2026. This is my ninth year in the district, where I have previously served as a 3rd/4th grade bilingual teacher at Murphy Elementary from 2017-2022 and then moved to Dean of Students 2022- 2024 at RLHS and administrator at Magee 2024-2026. As a Spanish speaker, I value building strong relationships with students and families and believe that working together is essential to student success.

In June 2026, I earned my doctorate, further strengthening my commitment to educational leadership and service to our community. As Dean of Attendance, I believe that every day matters. Regular attendance helps students stay connected, engaged, and on the path toward success. I look forward to partnering with our students, families, and staff to help every student thrive.

Me entusiasma desempeñar el cargo de Decana de Asistencia en la Escuela Preparatoria Round Lake para el año escolar 2026. Este es mi noveno año en el distrito. Anteriormente fui maestra bilingüe de tercer y cuarto grado en la Escuela Primaria Murphy (2017-2022), luego ocupé el puesto de Decana de Estudiantes en RLHS (2022-2024) y fui administradora en Magee (2024-2026). Como soy bilingüe, valoro crear relaciones sólidas con los estudiantes y sus familias, y creo firmemente que el trabajo en colaboración es esencial para que los estudiantes alcancen el éxito.

En junio del 2026 obtuve mi doctorado, lo que refuerza aún más mi compromiso con el liderazgo educativo y el servicio a nuestra comunidad. Como Decana de Asistencia, considero que cada día cuenta. La asistencia regular ayuda a los estudiantes a mantenerse conectados, participando y encaminados hacia el éxito. Espero colaborar con nuestros estudiantes, familias y personal para ayudar a que cada alumno prospere.
