2025 Trip: Disney World

Wednesday, March 22 - March 24, 2025

What's included:
  • Performance: our ensembles will perform at a Disney venue.
  • Clinic: each trip we have someone from the music profession work with our ensembles.
  • Admission to Theme Parks: attendance to specific parks will be outlined in our itinerary when it is finalized.
  • Hotel Accommodations: four to a room occupancy (you will get to choose your roommates).
  • Most Meals: during "free time" there are a few meals that are not included and must be paid for out of pocket.
  • Transportation: to Florida, around the parks, and back to Round Lake.
Estimated Cost: $2,000 - $2,300

  • This cost is based a four students to a room occupancy. The cost goes up when the occupancy per room lowers. See the registration link for more information on Entourage Management's website.

Informational Meeting: Date TBD
  • We will announce a Zoom informational meeting as we get closer to our departure date. If you have additional questions that the meeting does not address, please reach out to our travel company, Entourage Management.
