Everything You Need to Know About
PROM- Saturday, May 3th, 2025!
Prom Details
*Prom will be held at The Chateau Ritz in Niles, IL.
*Tickets will be on sale, via Omella, starting Tuesday, April 1st- Thursday, April
17th. No exceptions.
*Prom tickets are $100.00 each; Post Prom is $35 each. Tickets are not refundable
*Use this link to purchase tickets online, with a credit card, via Omella
*Ms. Aldalpe will be selling tickets in the main office using the Omella link
and cash.
*Checks should be made payable to Round Lake High School.
*Students must be detention-free to purchase tickets.
*Your ID number will not work to purchase a ticket if you are not detention
free.
*ID number access will be updated everyday at 6:00 pm.
*Guest forms are available via Omella and in Student Services.
*Guest forms are due Monday, April 14th.
*Once a guest is approved Student Services will provide a unique purchasing
code for the guest to use when purchasing on Omella.
*Dinner Options Include the following. You will be asked to pick one when you
purchase your ticket:
*Chicken Picante (Crispy Chicken with a Lemon Butter Wine Sauce)
*Stuffed Chicken Breast (Stuffed Chicken filled with Spinach and Cheese)
*Pasta Primavera (Sautéed Garden Vegetables and Penne Pasta Topped
with a White Alfredo Sauce)
*All dinner options will include: Dinner Rolls, Butter, Cream of Chicken Soup, a
Ceasar Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and Carrots Veggie Mix and a
Chocolate Mousse Dessert
Prom Royalty
*You can nominate a couple for Prom Court when purchasing a ticket via Omella.
*Final Prom Royalty voting will take place at Prom and announced at Prom.
Seating at Prom
*You can pick your table (10 people per table) using the link provided. Table forms
are linked on your Omella receipt. You will not be able to access it prior to buying a
ticket.
*Table forms must be completely filled out via the Google Form
*Preference will be given to tables of 10
*Table forms are due on Thursday, April 17th
*Designate one person in your group to complete the Google Form table
form.
Day of Prom:
*Be at school at 4:45 pm and enter through door 7.
*YOU MUST bring your school ID
*You MUST have access to your Omella receipt QR Code
*All students must ride the bus to and from Prom, no exceptions.
*Busses will be picked by the students via Omella.
*Busses 1-5 are Post Prom busses - choose one of these if you plan on
attending Post Prom
*Busses 6-10 are just Prom busses - choose one of these if you do NOT plan
on attending Post Prom
*Students and student bags will be searched on the premises by admin.
*Prom buses will return to RLHS at midnight and Post Prom buses will return at
RLHS at 4:00 am.
*Custom party favor T-shirts will be available to all attendees, included in the price
of the ticket.
Post Prom:
*Post Prom tickets are $35 each and will be sold with the Prom ticket.
Post Prom will be held at Dave and Busters in Vernon Hills, IL.
PROM MEETING: Friday, April 25th during 8th period in the theater.
