Panther Barbell Club



Panther Barbell Club (PBC) was designed to encourage students to be active and healthy through physical fitness and nutrition. PBC allows students to improve their physical fitness and strength and is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school in the weight room from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm. PBC is a co-ed program that accommodates varying levels of fitness and is a combination of strength training, cardiovascular, and interval training to maximize students’ physical fitness and health.
