Allied Sports
About
Allied Sports is a co-ed interscholastic program that provides opportunities for students with disabilities to participate in an athletic program.
The goal of the program is to create not only an athletic opportunity but an opportunity to build new friendships and to help establish a greater sense of belonging to the Round Lake High School community.
Students will be coached by Round Lake High School Staff and they will be assisted by a group of their peers. Student partners, or Panther Pals, are part of the program at practices, games, and other activities.
During the fall season, athletes and Panther Pals participate in Allied Bowling. The Panthers practice at Lakes Bowl and compete against athletes from other schools at Brunswick Zone in Vernon Hills.
The winter season is dedicated to basketball.
In the spring, our athletes and Panther Pals participate in Allied Soccer.
No experience necessary and everyone plays! Although we enjoy winning, we love to have fun!
If you did not receive an invitation and you are interested, please contact one of the coaches: Patricia Kolodziej and Terrence Denniger.
